Our company name was inspired by Joe Nevills and his World War II experience as a bombardier on a B-17 in the 303rd Bombing Division.

The 303rd Engineering Group is a St. Louis-based professional engineering firm offering services for mechanical/HVAC, electrical and plumbing design. With clients from both the public and private sector, our project types include government, healthcare, commercial, industrial, residential and institutional. The company was started in 2005 by Charles K. Fiedler, a professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in consulting electrical engineering, and Joseph J. Nevills, a service-disabled veteran and recipient of two Purple Hearts, who had previously owned his own marketing firm.

In addition, we have provided engineering design for numerous churches, libraries, schools, commercial buildings and assisted-living facilities throughout Missouri and Illinois.
